Glenn Greenwald is an investigative journalist, constitutional lawyer and author currently working to develop a brand-new news organization called “First Look Media.” Greenwald’s columns were previously featured on The Guardian and Salon.com and he is responsible for publishing Edward Snowden’s documents, exposing the large-scale domestic surveillance taking place under the Obama administration.
Jennifer Granholm served Michigan as Governor from 2003 to 2011 and co-authored The Governor’s Story: The Fight for Jobs and America’s Economic Future. She is now the Distinguished Practitioner of Law and Public Policy at Berkeley.
Steve Schmidt is a Republican strategist who advised the 2008 McCain/Palin campaign on their day-to-day operations. He is the Vice Chairman of Public Affairs at the public affairs firm Edelman, an MSNBC political analyst, and works with the ACLU on the issue of same-sex marriage.
James Carville was the lead strategist for President Bill Clinton’s 1992 presidential campaign. He currently teaches political science at Tulane University and is the author of several books, most recently Love & War: Twenty Years, Three Presidents, Two Daughters and One Louisiana Home with wife Mary Matalin.
Mary Matalin served in the George W. Bush administration as Assistant to the President and Counselor to Vice President Dick Cheney. She co-hosts the national radio show Both Sides Now with Arianna Huffington, is the Visiting Distinguished Lecturer at Loyola University New Orleans, and authored Love & War: Twenty Years, Three Presidents, Two Daughters and One Louisiana Home with James Carville.
