The Interview:

George Packer is a journalist and author whose latest book is The Unwinding: An Inner History of the New America. In a recent blog post for The New Yorker, he wrote that his goal for the book was to "create a portrait of the country during years when freedom became maximal and the social contract convey what this condition feels and looks and sounds like, in individuals’ lives, voices, nervous systems."
