Voter Intimidation Billboards

Political billboards having been springing up in swing states and elsewhere in the run-up to this election -- some urging Spanish speaking voters to show ID at the polls, others warning of severe penalties for voter fraud. This is clearly an attempt to suppress the vote of President Obama's most ardent supporters and the president's backers have decided to fight fire with fire.
