He is a two-time Oscar winner and a long-time human rights advocate who founded the non-profit J/P Haitian Relief Organization following the country’s catastrophic 2010 earthquake.  In 2013 Penn produced and narrated “The Human Experiment,” a film about the chemical industry’s impact on American consumers.
