David Stockman is a former congressman and author of The Great Deformation. He also served as Budget Director under President Ronald Reagan. This week on The Daily Show, David spoke of the need to increase banking regulation by reinstating a "Super Glass-Steagall."

Saru Jayaraman is the author of Behind the Kitchen Door, as well as the co-founder and co-director of the Restaurant Opportunities Center. ROC's mission is to improve wages and working conditions for the nation's restaurant workforce. In a recent editorial for The Huffington Post, Saru wrote about the need to raise the federal "tipped minimum wage," which is currently $2.13/hour.
